Site Grounds

The site grounds consist of approximately seven cleared acres. They include the land around the historic structures and the modern picnic area. This is a perfect setting for family reunions, garden parties, birthdays and casual business functions. 

Have your wedding in front of our 1852 Homestead! Plan a reception in our modern picnic area. Whatever you decide, our grounds will provide the perfect backdrop for your special day. 

Commercial Functions:

     -- During public hours: $125.00 per hour

     -- During non-public hours: $150.00 per hour

Non-Profit Functions:

     -During public hours: $100.00 per hour

     -During non-public hours: $125.00 per hour

Weddings:

     -During public hours: $100.00 per hour

     -During non-public hours: $150.00 per hour

Picnic Area

You can also rent just the picnic area, for a company party, family reunion, graduation party, etc! 

Commercial Functions: $100 per hour

Non-Profit Functions: $75 per hour

 

Auditorium

Located in the Visitors Center, the auditorium comfortably seats 50 people and comes equipped with an 80 inch wall-mounted TV, a DVD player and an HDMI hook-up for presentations.  For use during non-public hours only.

Commercial Functions:

     - $75.00 per hour

Non-Profit Functions:

     - $50.00 per hour
