I know that eating numerous MoonPies in one sitting at a fast rate of speed is a potentially hazardous and uncomfortable activity. I should not enter and eat unless I am medically able. I agree to abide by any decision of the contest officials and abide by any and all of the contest rules. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, indigestion, that "stuffed" feeling, a general dislike for MoonPies after I am done, and all such risked being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive, and release Duke Homestead State Historic Site and the Duke Homestead Education and History Corporation, the contest organizers, their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must give their permission for you to enter.

By hitting submit, I agree to let my child participate in the Duke Homestead MoonPie Eating Competition
